Alarm Clocks

This is our "Vintage" 1980's alarm clock. Kendall recieved it as a Christmas gift when he was in Junior high. It is such a beautiful addition to our bedroom decor. Questions one might ask about it? Does it work? Why don't we get a new one?

Well, I already have a better alarm clock! His name is Kendall and he gets up at 5:00 A.M. every single morning. It is an amazing thing! He just wakes up the same time everyday, no alarm sound needed. I can count the number of times on my fingers that my alarm clock has not went off at that dreadful hour. It must have been sick!! Unbelievable, Huh!!! Me on the other hand, a semi could crash thru the window and it might wake me up. It is really hard for my alarm clock just to let me sleep. Sometimes I am okay with that. Other times, I just want to sleep the daylight away. (wait, is it really even daylight at that hour??) Most of the time my alarm clock will let me sleep in. It has important things to do like check ESPN.com and read the sports section of every newspaper that mentions anything about the Denver Broncos, the Utah Jazz and the Alanta Braves. My alarm clock does have one major malfunction, sometimes in the middle of the night the BUZZING sound will go off! (I did not set this!!) but I have learned: if I just hit the alarm clock, it will roll over and the sound goes off again!

I LOVE MY ALARM CLOCK!!!

  1. My dad is the exact same way. When I was little we just told him what time we needed up and every morning he would always be up to wake us up without an alarm clock. I am glad you are blogging now and we can keep in touch. It will be fun to see what you guys are up to.
